We are working with a well-known organisation to resource for an IT systems candidate who will be developing HR systems alongside the IT department to ensure HR processes add value and provide workforce decisions in a cost effective manner to ensure HR services are delivered.
The role
* Take part in continuous improvement reviews of all processes ensuring the best support the business.
* Manage and maintain data structure, workflows and organisational design of the HR System , is correctly managed for the implementation of pay reviews, profit share and bonus scheme data
* To lead on specific HR projects to support the business to become more agile and efficient.
* To continuously develop and improve the HR systems for maximum benefit of the business
* To develop and deliver toolkits, job aids and training for all staff to support ease of use
* Reporting and interrogating the HR systems and analysis of data including recommendations for actions.
* Ensure system compliance with GDPR from a structure and data storage perspective as well as transactional compliance.
To apply, you should be a process-driven individual who thrives in developing systems which aide a business to be compliant and ensure data and metrics are easy to use and report on. Familiar with working in a systematic manner, to defined deadlines, you will enjoy working with data, and the analysis of to, convert into technical specifications that are user friendly - ideally with new HR systems. Your experience does not have to be from a HR environment, more so from a process/project perspective. Immediate start available.
