We are working with a prominent organisation in the Dover area to resource for an experienced Administrator to join the HR team.
The role will be providing a proactive and effective HR administrative service in line with defined service levels and standards, to assist in the smooth running of the department. You will be recording absence information - joiners, leavers and changes, arranging disciplinary and grievance hearings and note taking and arranging medicals.
To apply, you will be able to clearly demonstrate excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. You should possess sound IT skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook and have experience of managing a diverse and heavy workload. Candidates with experience from within a HR role would be reviewed favourably, however this is not an essential requirement.
