Doorknobs are currently looking for an enthusiastic new member of staff to join there sales team. The candidate should have experience in the property industry, and have the drive and knowledge to help grow the sales side of our business.
The role will include, but not limited to, regular communication with clients, undertake sales valuations, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, handle the sales progression, and provide a top level of customer service.
Candidates that apply must have the following:
1. The ability to handle a fast paced environment and work well under high pressure situations
2. Good telephone communication skills
3. Face-to-face personable sills
4. Well-Spoken and well-presented
5. Have use of their own car
6. A positive attitude and enthusiastic
Job Specification:
1. Days – Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday
2. Hours – Monday to Friday – 10am – 6:30pm, Saturday 10am – 3pm
3. Holiday – 20 Days + Bank Holidays
4. Parking Supplied & Mileage Paid
5. Salary – Basic £20,000 - £23,000 + Competitive Commission/Bonus Scheme
