Learning & Development Assistant, Working from Home Hybrid, Part Time

This is a fantastic opportunity to work predominantly from home as a part-time Learning & Development Assistant for an expanding private hospital. Our client is looking for someone with previous experience of Learning & Development administration to play a key role in providing a comprehensive service for their employees.

This is an ideal opportunity to further develop your Learning & Development career, and grow within the role.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, methodical and motivated, and able to work in close liaison with all staff and departments within the organisation to assist with professional growth and skill development of all employees.

Your duties will include:

* Provide support to the HR team by assisting with all learning and development enquiries and processes.
* Update and maintain the learning and development training programmes.
* Assist with training related enquiries and produce training schedules.
* Schedule employees onto appropriate courses.
* Assist in ensuring successful maintenance of the Investors in People process.

You will need excellent attention to detail as this is key to the role, as is excellent customer service. Good working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook, strong administration skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines is essential, together with an awareness and understanding of the importance of confidentiality within the HR Department and the ability to demonstrate discretion is imperative.

Although this is a working from home role, on occasion you will be required to attend meetings in Ashford, Margate, Canterbury or Deal. Therefore applicants should ideally live no further than one hour away from the furthest hospital site from their home address.

This is a 22.5 hours per week role, Monday to Friday, and flexibility around days is required. The hourly rate will be £9.50 - £11.20 depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will receive full IT kit and must have sufficient broadband speed at home.

The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
