My client is seeking a Network Manager to join their team. This is a technical role where you will lead a team of Network Engineers to Design, Transform and Operate the network infrastructure. Ranging from Branch and WAN communications to Datacentre and public cloud platforms, the network team ensure that the business systems can operate securely and effectively.

You will operate and support all networking and related infrastructure in addition to line managing a technical team to develop a highly effective networking operation.

About You

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in network solutions design and implementation and a history of providing 2nd and 3rd level technical support in a similar field. A person who will actively lead the innovation and transformation of my client's network infrastructure and provide occasional out of hours support as part of an on-call support team.

We are looking for someone who can lead and inspire others as well as coach and develop skills in highly capable technical staff. You will be/have:

* A varied IT related background is desirable, multi data centre enterprise environments with branch office deployments, virtualisation, Cloud, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS, including but not limited to AWS, Azure.
* Fortinet NSE 5 or above
* CCNA is desirable
* Strong technical grounding in a wide range of technologies and IT services
* Excellent troubleshooting skills - Able to analyse problems and conduct effective fault diagnosis and system recovery
* Good understanding of the commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the network and security operations
* Self-driven and motivated to stay focused and committed to a task.
* Capable of prioritising and managing your own workload.
* Interest in leading edge technologies, keen to develop your own skills and knowledge.
