Our client, a Transportation Company is currently looking to recruit a Payroll & Accounts Assistant to join their fast growing team based in London. The main purpose of the Payroll & Accounts Assistant is to provide accurate and efficient payroll and accounting services to clients.

The Payroll & Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:


Assisting with payroll dutiesDealing with credit control, banking and expensesSales & Purchase LedgerReconciliationsStatutory returnsManagement of accounts
Key requirements of the Payroll & Accounts Assistant:


Experience using SAGE is essentialPrevious experience as an accounts assistance with at least 1 years experience in PayrollYou must have strong accuracy and attention to detailYou will be able to use your own initiative to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlinesExcellent communication and IT skills are essential - including Microsoft Outlook and Excelhours are flexible, however the client is looking for someone to work Monday to Friday. Would suit someone looking to work inside school hours, or someone looking for a shorter day.
