Trainee Recruitment Resourcer - Witham - VR/17737

We are a growing recruitment consultancy and we are currently seeking a Trainee Resourcer to join our team and become part of our success story.

The ideal Trainee Resourcer will have Administrative Experience and good exam results, accompanied with a positive, friendly, proactive outlook and a good sense of humour.

The principal role will be to ensure that tasks and duties are carried out and results are delivered on schedule. The position will require a hands on approach with a can do attitude.

Duties Include:




Searching for Candidates from our system and job boardsImporting Candidates onto our in-house databaseRegistering CandidatesEnsuring that all allocated roles to yourself are worked on, keeping the Consultant up to date on progress of your searches and possible candidatesPreparing CVs ready to be sent out to ClientsImporting documentation onto our in-house systemSending job specs to Candidates.

We are a niche consultancy with big ambitions and have an exciting growth strategy. The environment is fast paced and exciting and requires quick-thinking, the ability to work under pressure as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Candidates must have confidence in using the telephone and the ability to ensure an enthusiastic personality shines through.
