Working closely with the Chief Executive, you will ensure accurate financial management of the group and be supportive of the company's growth. Managing a team of 4, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: * Management of company bank accounts, accountability for the lettings client account and required auditing. * Monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts. * Business partnering with division managers to analyse trends * Variance analysis of actuals versus budget revenue and costs, advising how this impacts on cash flow and P&L.
