The ideal candidate will be friendly and compassionate with an eye for details, great communication skills both verbal and written, and who will be a supportive and willing team member. During our busiest season the ideal andidate will be able to work well under pressure in what can be a challenging environment, and they will need to be patient and tolerant, as well as professional. Some of the duties will include: - Showing prospective tenants available properties suitable for their individual and group needs - Responding to both telephone and email enquiries - Liaising with not only tenants, but landlords and contractors - Proving administrative support to the Management team - Undertaking other relevant tasks that assist in the day to day running of the Agency Skills and Experience: A minimum of 1 year’s office and lettings experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be
