Are you a passionate EYFS professional ready to take the lead in shaping the early educational journey of young learners? A highly regarded Folkestone school with an outstanding nursery is seeking a dedicated EYFS Lead to join their team from January 2025. This is a full-time leadership role (7:30am–5:00pm) with a 2.5-day teaching commitment across both Reception and Nursery, leading the Earl Years phase and inspiring staff and children alike. You’ll be joining a thriving setting that caters for children aged 3+ months to 4 years in the Nursery, and a two-form entry Reception year, where curiosity, creativity and care are at the heart of every day. The ideal EYFS Lead will: Demonstrate strong leadership within the Early Years Foundation Stage and nursery provisionInspire and support colleagues through modelling best practice in teaching and learningLead the planning and delivery of a creative and stimulating EYFS curriculumOversee high standards of achievement, assessment and continuous improvementFoster an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child thrives
