Well established transport company specialising in the overnight national distribution of temperature controlled fresh produce to wholesale fruit and vegetable markets & RDC’s Due to ongoing development, we are looking to recruit permanent LGV Class 1 (articulated) lorry drivers to become part of the team. You will need to be licensed to drive LGV Class 1 (cat C + E), possess a valid 'Digi-car ' and hold a Driver CPC qualification. Ideally with minimum 6 months Class 1 ‘Fridge work’ experience. **** NIGHT DRIVERS The job will mainly consist of wholesale market and some RDC deliveries throughout the UK from our distribution centre based near Marden in Kent. Shifts; Sun-Thurs + Alt Fri or Mon-Fri + Alt Sat (5+1 based shifts) Nights out; Average 1-3 trips away from base each week* * Nights away can be unpredictable due to daily volumes etc, this position would therefore not suit applicants who are looking to be away from base all week. **** DAY DRIVERS Daily RDC, Farm and Produce storage facility deliveries & collections in the South East area Shift; Mon - Friday
