The role involves entering payroll transactions into EduPay, managing staff rents, and calculating monthly utility costs for onsite housing. You will assist in monitoring staff cost budgets and provide detailed analysis of ayroll totals for posting to accounts. You will also be responsible for processing requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices using Sage 200, ensuring compliance with the School’s purchasing policies, and liaising with various departments. The role includes placing orders with suppliers, processing credit card receipts and claims, and resolving queries with cardholders. In addition to finance-related duties, you will assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and supporting the HR team with ad hoc tasks.
