ROLE OVERVIEW: We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team at our Canterbury studios. This position could be full time or part time, depending on the needs of the applicant. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Answering and directing telephone calls, through a switchboard, with a clear and courteous telephone manner. • Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance. • Completing administrative tasks like filing and delivering and accepting mail. • Responding to telephone calls, letters and emails and/or directing these communications to the correct partner/team member. • Organising and mai
