We are looking for a dedicated and motivated bookkeeper to come and join our small friendly team in Kent. You will play an integral role in ensuring all payment records are up to date, so a keen eye to detail and a logical way of thinking are a must. The Mighty Roar provide affordable and accessible volunteer programmes around the world. Our volunteers assist within the community on childcare a d teaching projects, help protect and conserve endangered wildlife and marine conservation programmes. You will get to enjoy some travel benefits as part of your job role and there is a great opportunity to further assist and expand on your job role. As part of your job you will be responsible for -> Allocating customer payments on a daily basis Chasing outstanding balances Checking supplier invoices and making payments Monthly account reconciliations Weekly and monthly reporting Processing customer change requests Handling cancellations Responding to customer queries related to invoices You will primarily be working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm -
