Part-time Personal Assistant for an Employment Lawyer based in Ashford, Kent. Varied duties and flexible hours. Must be prepared to work 15 hours per week across three working days. A unique opportunity to join a busy law firm offering a personal service to a range of local and London based businesses and senior individuals. You would be working for the Principal Solicitor of the firm. Desi ed skills and experience: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong and efficient administrative and secretarial skills. • High level of attention to detail. • Good, accurate typing ability. • Very well organised. • Friendly & professional attitude. • Be able to handle confidential information and documents discreetly. • IT literate - Microsoft Word / Outlook / Digital Audio software / Case Management. • Experience of using a legal case management system desirable but not essential. Duties will include: Providing administrative/secretarial support to produce correspondence and other documentation related to a wide range of employment law
