Job Summary At FloPlast Ltd we design and manufacture a range of specialist plastic building and plumbing systems used widely in UK construction industry. As Automation Manager you will be responsible for the output and people management within the Automation, Flofit+, Fabrication and Spray Booth Departments. At FloPlast Ltd we design and manufacture a range of specialist plastic building and plumbing systems used widely in UK construction industry. As an Automation Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the routine, proactive and reactive maintenance of machinery within the manufacturing areas. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Maintenance of the Automation and Product on departments to include; Automation Assembly, Cast Iron Spray-Shop, Fabrication, Department, FloFit Production Department, Regrind Department, Injection moulding machinery and all associated ancillary equipment including all conveyors. • Carry out regular/routine servicing on all machinery to ensure quality and machine efficiency are maintained. • Tool change the automatic machinery when required to follow the production planning schedule. • Monitor the performance of machinery in the department and maintain detailed maintenance records for each machine. • Monitor and adjust the automation machinery to ensure the efficiency of the machine and ensure
