We have a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, full-time work with a respected and well-known client. Hours of work • Start times for this role will be 10 or 11am, with a minimum working time of 5 hours a day. • This role will require you to work a minimum of 40 hours per week ov r a 7 day period but you can expect a 5-day working week, so weekend work and flexibility is required. This role will benefit drivers looking for continuous work and is comfortable with early starts. • Overtime will be paid at time and half after 45 hours. Pay Rates • £19.27 Per Hour - £25.63 Per Hour RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver of pallet goods to stores across England, with a maximum of 4 drops daily. • Adhere to planned routes / movement orders. • Collecting hub collection pallets to bring back to the depot for trunking. • Optimise loading and unloading times to ensure all work is completed. • Executing safe, efficient transport deliveries that minimise risk

The Best Connection are currently seeking HGV 7.5T drivers for our prestigious client based in West Thurrock. Drivers will be required to deliver white goods to customers homes. A level of excellent customer facing skills will be required. Due to the nature of the role, heavy lifting will be required. This is a Temp to Perm position. Hours of Work: Schedule: Monday to Friday - With occa ional Saturday work Start Times from: 5:45am - up to 10 hour days. Pay rates: £15.30 per hour (PAYE). Overtime rates are also available at £22.95 per hour after working 8 hours. Key Responsibilities: Ensure load security and comply with the Company’s 12 Life Saving Rules. Deliver goods to various customers, prioritizing s fety and adhering to our Safety, Health, and Environment policy. Handle cash and cheques responsibly for deliveries. Maintain vehicle security and cleanliness, and complete necessary daily paperwork. Conduct vehicle safety checks and report any issues. Drive a FLT for loading and unloading tasks. Are You a Match?
