Regional Payroll Operations Manager
Your new company
You will be joining an award winning leading global firm of accountants within their payroll team. This role can be down out of any of this firms Kent offices including Orpington, Maidstone or Ashford.
Your new role
You will be leading a team of payrollers with differing levels of experience, to ensure an efficient and professional service to your clients. You will collaborate with partners and directors on payroll related issues. You will provide training for junior staff. You will manage the day to day workflow and distribution of client portfolios ensuring all deadlines for BACS and 3rd party report uploads/payments are met.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have management experience ideally in a remote environment as well as in the office, you need to have an in depth knowledge of both the private and public sector payrolls. You must have the ability to manually calculate a payroll and have in depth understanding of processing payroll.
What you'll get in return
Remote working is available for this role, pension and 25 days holiday plus bank holiday.
