The Engagement Worker is an exciting new role to CXK and will involve:

Supporting young people to improve their employability skills and move into sustainable outcomes for future success.
Delivering a range of wrap around support as part of the Kickstart programme and working closely with employers to support them to make sure young people are getting access to the best opportunities.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working with young people and can evidence working flexibly and creatively both remotely and face to face.

This post is part-time (4 days per week). Hours can be worked flexibly Monday to Friday. Fixed-term until 31st March 2022.
