Facilities Administrator - Chatham - £13.85 hour (Temporary)

Huntress are currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to work for our well established client based in Chatham. This role will initially be for a month, but there is definitely the possibility for this to be extended!

Have you worked in a recent Facilities Helpdesk role?

Job Role:

* To provide administrative support to the Facilities & Support Manager
* Respond to maintenance queries, requests and call outs as and when required
* When required provide assistance with regards to administration of statutory contracts and inspections
* Inputting of information onto databases
* Preparation of Purchase Order
* Ad hoc duties as required

Personal Attributes:

* Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
* A pleasant, professional telephone manner
* Basic understanding of facilities
* The ability to remain calm and unflappable under pressure
