We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives for a prestigious manufacturer based in the Medway Towns.

This position will start as temporary but may lead to a permanent role if you are successful.

You must be self motivated, a good communicator and be well organised as you will be operating and minding the machines and associated equipment in this fast paced environment. The position also involves manual handling and standing for long periods of time. Training will be given however previous experience working within a manufacturing/factory environment is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be trained on a day shift for approximately a week and then moved to a 3 shift pattern, Monday to Friday

* 6am-2pm
* 2pm-10pm
* 10pm-6am
