Customer Service Advisor - Gillingham - £18,000-19,000

12 Month Contract

Our forward thinking, successful and proactive client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team based in Gillingham.

The role:

* Providing face to face customer service
* Provide administrative and customer service support to the team
* Working towards team targets
* Updating customer records
* Respond to all enquiries efficiently and in a timely manner
* To demonstrate excellent communication skills face to face and via the telephone
* To undertake any other duties, commensurate with grade and job title, requested by Line Manager or above

The right candidate:

* Will have proven retail based customer service experience gained in a retail environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Be able to build rapport with customers
