A well established SME business based in Essex have created a new role due to growth and plans for future changes. My client is looking to add an additional head to the finance function as a number 2 to the Finance Director. This will be a pivotal role within the company and the planned changes.

They are looking for an ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified accountant who is after an opportunity where they can step up to FD in the near future. The company are looking to improve their whole finance function process and modify the systems with the successful candidate being heavily involved/leading the changes. You will be traveling to their Kent office on a few occasions to oversee the system improvement and changes from their side as well.

With this in mind, suitable candidates will have previous experience with system implementation and process improvement to be able to consult and advice the business in this new role. The company operate internationally therefore multi-currency experience is essential along with Sage.
