Team Leader - Gillingham

£35,000 plus up to £3000 per annum bonus

We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our client based in Gillingham. This is a great opportunity to join a company where there is lots of progression opportunities.

The role:

* Coach your team to ensure they are constantly maintaining and improving the service offered to our customers

* Deliver any necessary training to new and existing staff
* Be the escalation point within the team for complex queries and complaints
* Continue to improve customer satisfaction and improve quality and productivity
* Analysing and hitting team targets
* Completing regular 1-2-1s

The ideal candidate:

* Have experience within a similar position, within collections and managing a team
* Great communication skills
* Proactive and ability to manage workload
