We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant and Credit Controller to join a leading law firm. The role will be collecting outstanding monies from clients, liaising with fee earners and completing other administrative tasks.
Duties:
* Sending reminder letters and statements
* Calculating and administering instalment payments
* Processing credit card payments
* Logging cheques
* Attending monthly meetings
* Updating the debtors list accordingly
* Purchase ledger invoices
* Daily banking
* Processing client, office and nominal
* Processing all transactions
* Archiving and updating records
Skills Required:
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Prioritise work and meet demanding deadlines
* Familiar with practice management systems
