Financial Complaints Handler - 3 month temporary role with possibility of extension
We are currently looking for an experienced Complaints Handler to join our client based in Chatham, within the financial industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who is available to start a role ASAP and has experience within a similar role.
Duties include -
* Handle all complaints received across all product lines within the response stage of the complaint handling process
* Complete the initial acknowledgement of a complaint
* Take ownership for managing and resolving all customer queries, ensuring a thorough investigation has been carried out
* Provide a great level of service at all times
* Experience within a complaints handling role
* Available to start ASAP
* Organised and great time management
