Commercial Claims Handler

Barker Munro Recruitment who are specialists in the Kent and South East Insurance markets are pleased to be working with fantastically well positioned insurance business who have been established for many years and now require a Commercial Claims handler for their Kent office.

As the Commercial Claims handler, you will be expected to carry out the following duties :-

• Handle a large volume of claims
• Offer exceptional customer service to clients, handling the claims in a timely and efficient manner,
• You will traditionally be responsible for a caseload of up to 200 claims at any one time
• You'll support a very experienced team taking care of reports, administration and general support duties to assist the technical team

To be considered for this position, we are looking for you to ideally possess Commercial claims experience but there is a consideration for individuals with other claims handling experience such as motor but the main requirement is the ability to look after and handle a high volume of claims across various specialisms.

Once fully trained, the office demonstrates a hybrid working policy with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
