* Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and quotes
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
* Create and present detailed project proposals to clients
* Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure project success
* Continuously monitor and update project budgets and timelines



Requirements:

* Strong mathematical and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
