We are currently seeking a highly motivated and efficient temporary experienced administrator to join a well-established and hugely successful company based on the outskirts of Maidstone. This is the perfect role to enhance your career with the opportunity to go permanent.

The role for temporary experience administrators will include:
• Liaising with customers over the phone and via email
• Process customer orders
• Monitor the live web chat
• Ensure to maintain the highest level of customer service
• Perform data entry and update company databases

Skills and experience required for the temporary experienced administrator role include:
• Excellent IT skills
• Must be confident on the phone and customer facing
• Good customer service skills
• Must work well within a team and be able to work effectively on your own

Additional information for the temporary customer service advisor role:
• Monday – Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (1hour lunch break)
• Ongoing temporary position with potential to go permanent
• £11 - £13 per hour depending on experience
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays + time off over christmas period
• On site parking
