Are you looking to enhance your career within the Customer service industry? Then look no further we have the perfect vacancy, an established market leading Finance firm. The role is a temporary 12-week contract, potential opportunity to go permanent.

The role for a temporary customer service advisor will include:
• You will be part of a busy team providing the highest quality customer service
• Establish relationships, maximise customer retentions and identify opportunities
• Handling incoming and outgoing customer service calls
• Answering emails and solving issues raised in a timely manner
• Liaising with couriers and suppliers to help resolve customer requests

Skills and Experience required for the temporary customer service advisor role include:
• Previous experience and knowledge within the customer service industry is essential
• Works well within a team and independently
• A good understanding of IT skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Additional information for the temporary customer service advisor role:
• Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (1 hour lunch break)
• £12.50 per hour
• This is an ongoing position, candidates must be available for immediate start
• Opportunity to go permanent after the 12 weeks
• On site parking
