I am supporting a multi-million pound property investment company who is looking for a Qualified Accountant to join its business. Established over 30 years ago, they have a large portfolio of industrial and office properties in London and the South East. They have a reputation within their sector for reliability and performance. With a passionate management team, they have ambitious growth plans. They have a strong balance sheet, finances to expand and an ongoing development programme to increase their current portfolio.

Working with the Finance Director, you will work side by side managing the finances and investments. You will be at the heart of the business and be involved with strategic planning, operational development and future investment plans.

Responsibilities will include monthly management accounts & statutory year end reporting, budgeting & forecasting and cashflow management.

My client is looking for someone who is a Qualified Accountant (ACA) with experience inside an accountancy practice. However, if you believe you have the right skill set but don't quite meet the criteria, I encourage you to still get in touch.
