I am working with a technology company based in Maidstone who are looking for a French speaking customer service advisor to join their client services team to cover a 12 month mat cover.

The French speaking customer service trainee will join a well established hard working multi lingual team.

The day to day duties of the French speaking Customer Service Trainee will include:

Verify customer identity for their online accounts across the UK and Europe
Act as contact for any customer service issues, escalating when needed
Use in house systems to track/log info
Resolve customer errors on names etc to ensure companies are secure


What’s needed skills/experience for the French speaking Customer Service Trainee:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in French and English is essential
Good attitude to learn and develop
Good problem solver
Work well alone and within a team
Customer service experience is preferred
