Job Title: HR and Recruitment Administrator (Dutch Speaking)
Location: Maidstone, Kent
I am working with a growing company who pride themselves on delivering exceptional HR and recruitment solutions to their staff in the UK and across Europe. I am looking for a Dutch speaking HR and Recruitment Administrator to join a growing team in Maidstone.
Job Summary for the HR & Recruitment Administrator:
As the HR and Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR and recruitment team. You will work closely with our Dutch clients to ensure that their recruitment needs are met.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Posting job adverts on various job boards and social media platforms
Screening CVs and conducting initial phone screenings with candidates
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
Processing HR-related paperwork and maintaining employee records
Providing general HR administrative support as needed
Qualifications and Skills for the HR & Recruitment Administrator:
Fluent in Dutch and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration
