Job Title: Administrator

Salary: £22-24,000 per annum

Location: Medway

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of company contracts and agreements, ensuring that they are accurately and timely executed, monitored, and renewed.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Draft and review contracts and agreements
* Assist in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts
* Ensure that all contracts are executed accurately and timely
* Track contract status and monitor progress
* Update and maintain the company's contract management system
* Identify and report any issues with contracts
* Assist in contract renewals and terminations
* Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to contracts

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of experience in contract administration or a related field within administration
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Familiarity with contract management software is a plus
