Jayar Components Ltd, a family run business Established in 1976, we are the leading independent supplier of quality car parts, workshop consumables and garage tools & equipment in the South East of England.

We are currently looking to recruit a permanent member of the Purchase Ledger team, based at our Head Office in Aylesford, Kent.

Duties will include:

- Matching and posting purchase invoices and credit notes.
- Reconciling supplier accounts.
- Investigating any queries.
- Calculating discounts.
- Liaising with branch managers and suppliers.
- Month end processing and reporting.
- Working as part of a team to ensure that the department runs efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Any other duties required by the Department Managers and the Directors of the company to assist with the smooth running of the business as a whole.

Attention to detail is a must, along with good communication skills. Training will be given.

Excel skills are desirable
Sage Financials desirable but training can be given.

This is a full time, permanent office-based role, working 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Public transport links are not available in the area, therefore own transport is essential.
Free onsite parking is available.
