Job Description: They are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Landscape Gardener to join their dedicated team. As a Landscape Gardener, you will be responsible for both hard and soft landscaping tasks, working closely with our clients to bring their vision to life. Your primary focus will be on creating stunning outdoor environments that enhance the beauty and functionality of residential properties.

Responsibilities:
Undertake a variety of hard landscaping tasks, including but not limited to: paving, decking, fencing, brickwork, and construction of garden structures.
Implement soft landscaping projects, including planting, turfing, pruning, and general garden maintenance.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations.
Execute landscaping projects according to design plans, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Operate a range of landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, leaving the client's property in pristine condition.
Adhere to established health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:
Proven experience in hard and soft landscaping, including the ability to read and interpret landscape design plans.
Proficient in various landscaping techniques and methods, with a strong knowledge of plants, materials, and construction processes.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and tasks effectively.
Own transport is essential to travel between client locations, a company van could be provided after successful probation period.
A valid driver's license is required.
Tools and equipment will be provided by the company.
