Quality & Compliance Manager

We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to be based in the Ashford area, but must have a full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed), as you will be visiting sites across mid Kent frequently.
The role involves developing, designing and conducting audits of services and premises around mid Kent. You will be part of the on-call rota with the Medway Quality & Compliance Manager, someone you will collaborate and communicate closely with.
Salary is c£35,000 per annum, with benefits to include:

You will provide hands-on support to Service Managers in order to organise and make improvements, and put into progress action plans arising from audits, as well as compiling and collating information and data, which will be presented at Trust meetings.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Previous experience of working in adult social care, with demonstrable knowledge of reviewing and evidencing compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements and policy.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong influencing, networking and negotiation skills to develop robust working relationships with all stakeholders.
* Able to work well within a team, but also autonomously.
