We have an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent customer service to carry out administrative duties for our client, who is an established household name in insurance. This role is based near Dover, is a 35 hour a week (9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch), Monday to Friday position.
Salary will be c£21,000 with benefits to include:

Duties will include:
* Answering incoming calls and directing to the appropriate person.
* Greeting visitors to the office.
* Contacting customer in regard to their insurance needs, eg booking meetings.
* Managing stock and ordering where necessary.
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
* Supporting the marketing and new business team by updating social media, and the Manager with events and training.
* Credit control.
* Cover for absences or high workloads.
The ideal candidate will have: office or front desk experience; professional and positive communication; good IT and mathematical skills; excellent attention to detail and organisation; able to work under pressure; great team working and relationship skills; have commitment to compliance and quality with procedures; and the desire to learn new skills and be the best. Experience in customer service/customer facing roles is highly desirable.
