Sales Administrator
I am seeking an experienced sales administrator to join a busy and growing manufacturing company in Gillingham. As a sales administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities for the sales administrator:
• Handle customer enquiries by phone or email and provide accurate and timely information about our products, prices, and delivery
• Receive and process customer orders and issue invoices and receipts
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure product availability and timely delivery
• Maintain and update customer records and sales data using CRM software and MS Office
• Prepare and generate monthly sales reports and analysis
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Research and identify new product lines and market opportunities
Requirements and work experience required for the sales administrator:
• Proven work experience as a sales administrator or a similar role in the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of manufacturing products, processes, and standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office, especially MS Excel
