Your new role
Here at Hays, we are very much aware that schools are already on the lookout for teachers and cover for January. And we wouldn't be doing our jobs if we didn't also get prepped and ready for the Easter Term.

We are currently looking for Teachers, TA's, cover supervisors and office admin staff for Long term, Short term, day to day, full time/part time work all over Kent to help with our primary schools who have had a tough time over the past few years and are looking to give that well deserved continuity and quality education all pupils deserve.

What you'll need to succeed
To register with Hays, you must be passionate and driven, with a strong desire to be a successful Teacher. To register as a Teacher, you must meet the below core criteria:

* A minimum of 2 months' teaching experience in the past 4 years (this can include university placements).
* You must have the right to work in the UK.
* You must have a PGCE or QTS

If you don't have a PGCE or QTS or recent teaching experience, you can register as a Teaching Assistant or cover supervisor, provided you have worked with children for 1 month in the past 4 years.

We welcome applicants who are currently working for other agencies.
