Premier Work Support are seeking a permanent Road Freight Operator for a growing Logistics company in Erith.

Key Responsibilities for the Road Freight Operator:

* Handling both European and Baltic services.
* Coordinate and manage the movement of freight from origin to destination, both international and national.
* Liaising with customers, overseas partners, and suppliers.
* Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements.
* Track and monitor shipments, providing real-time updates to customers.
* Address any issues or delays promptly and implement effective solutions.

Essential

* At least 1 years' international road freight experience.
* Experience with Customs paperwork.
* Experience with Baltic imports/exports would be desirable.
* Numerate and capable of manually calculating costs and charges.
* Excellent customer service skills.

This is a Monday- Friday role, covering 40 hours per week.
