Hays recruitment are recruiting for a team leader position for our client based in Northfleet. This is a full-time permanent position starting asap.
Monday to Friday

2pm - 11pm

£34,000 - £36,000

Duties:
- Supervising daily tasks
- Making sure targets are hit
- Maintain Health and Safety in the workplace
- Ensure effective production of quality products
- Managing holiday requirements and disciplinary
- Finding solutions to production issues

Experience / Skills
- Experience leading a team
- Factory environment experience
- Communication
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft software
