Our client, a private hospital, located in the heart of Kent, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join their executive team.

As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of the hospital. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and risk management. Your expertise will help drive their growth strategy, ensure financial sustainability, and support their mission of delivering exceptional healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the hospital`s goals and objectives.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage the hospital`s financial risks and oversee internal controls.
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
- Managing NHS payments and contracts.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
- A track record of successfully managing financial operations and driving business growth.
