The Best Connection are currently recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operatives for our busy client based in Dartford.

We are currently looking for Day shift and Night shift staff.

Day shift is based on rotating shift patterns which include 08:00 - 16:00, 09:00 - 17:00, 10:00-18:00 and 11:00 - 19:00. You will need to be able to work across these different shift patterns.

Night Shift is 18:30 - 05:00

Pay:

Day shift is £11.52 per hour
Night shift is £13.29 per hour
There are also lots of opportunities for overtime which is after 8 hours and on Saturdays.

OT after 8 hours is £14.40 per hour
OT on Saturdays is £17.28 per hour
This is a varied role which will mainly be light work but there are some departments that are more physical.

Duties include:

-Picking orders from a pick sheet
-Boxing and labelling packages
-Working to meet KPI's
-Moving stock around the warehouse
-Consolidating stock
-May involve some basic computer work depending on department
-We are looking for candidates with previous warehouse experience and are comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Must have good communication skills also.
