This is a hot new role - would make a great next career step for someone with previous administrative, customer service or similar/transferrable experiences.

Once trained, you will be responsible for handling escalated tasks and projects from key customers from start-to-completion; such as investigating and resolving complex queries; producing bespoke quotes and orders; liaising with suppliers and third parties; advising team members and assisting with customer escalation; complaints handling; and updating and maintaining databases.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys following processes, and will thrive in a role that will use their problem solving, accuracy, organisational, attention to detail and time management skills day-to-day/

For success with this role, you should have previous experience related to administration or customer service; and MUST be based within 30 minute commute to Tunbridge Wells.
