Recruiting into their HR team, this role will encompass full training and experiences throughout HR – working with and learning from highly skilled and experienced team members.

Day to day, you will be involved with :-
- Liaison with staff members throughout the company related to HR queries
- Systems/database administration including training and development; and employee records
- Conducting research and producing reports
- Employee engagement projects such as internal events
- Policy updating
- Budget administration
- And much more!

For success in this role, applicants must be based within reasonable commute to Tunbridge Wells. This could be a great opportunity for a graduate with demonstrable interest in a career in HR; or perhaps someone with direct or transferrable working experience such as administration of 2+ years.
You will need to have excellent written and verbal English; a strong ability for organisation and time management; attention to detail; creativity and numeracy skills.
