We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified tradesperson to join the maintenance team in the East London area:

Maintenance PlastererSalary: £35,000 per annumLocation: East LondonDriving License: Full UK Driver's License required
Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in a social housing maintenance environment
* Fully qualified with one or more of the following:
* City & Guilds in Plastering 6708 (Levels 1, 2 & 3)
* Diploma in Plastering (Level 1 or 2)
* NVQ Level 2 in Plaster-work
* CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card
* Skilled in using hand tools and small handheld plant (e.g., drills, mixers)
* Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
