About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Engineer to join a high-performing Engineering team within a large-scale industrial manufacturing operation.



Key Responsibilities

* Support fault-finding and mechanical repairs across production equipment.
* Assist with planned maintenance and reliability improvements.
* Help deliver engineering projects and equipment upgrades.
* Keep maintenance records and drawings up to date.
* Supervise contractors when required and ensure safe working practices.
* Learn and use SAP for maintenance and inventory tracking.



Ideal Candidate

* Mechanical Engineering qualification (apprenticeship/HNC/HND or higher).
* Demonstrable experience in an industrial, manufacturing or continuous process environment.
* Hands-on expertise in mechanical maintenance, fault finding and improvement.
* SAP experience (PM/MM) highly advantageous.
* Strong understanding of reliability-centred maintenance.
