About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to handle mid-to-high net worth household risks in a highly specialised market. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional service to clients across new business, MTAs, and renewals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurer partners
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate client records via our Acturis system
• Underwriting household risks within your authority
• Contributing to team goals on conversion, retention, revenue, and loss ratio performance

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Maths
• At least 2 years’ experience in Household and Personal Lines insurance, ideally with exposure to Non-Standard or High Net Worth (HNW)

Desirable (but not essential):

• Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII)
• Experience using Acturis

Key Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident negotiation and broking abilities
• Good computer literacy, especially with Excel, Word, and Outlook
