With 20 staff across Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and Kings Hill, we are known for our relationship-led, local approach, and a genuine commitment to quality both for our clients and our candidates.

Each of our offices is led by someone who started as a Recruitment Consultant, so we understand what it takes to succeed, and we are passionate about helping you grow.

What You Will Be Doing:

Building relationships with local businesses and understanding their recruitment needs
Interviewing candidates face-to-face and matching them to suitable opportunities
Proactively calling and approaching new clients to introduce our service
Managing the full recruitment process – from vacancy brief to placement
Promoting our service with energy, professionalism, and confidence
Working across a wide variety of vacancies – from entry level to senior appointments

What We Are Looking For:

At least 1 year’s experience in a sales, office or customer service role
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work
Confident, personable and motivated to succeed
Resilient and able to manage a fast-paced workload
A positive team player who enjoys working with others
Recruitment experience is welcomed but not essential – full training is provided.
